Benji Prebyl is an associate at the firm. He focuses his practice on patent prosecution and client counseling in the areas of chemical compositions, polymers, plastics, organic compounds, materials science, pharmaceutical compositions, metallic compositions/alloys, adhesives, catalyst products, battery technologies, single-crystal wafer technologies, and cosmetic compositions. Benji has broad experience conducting all phases of prosecution for U.S. and foreign patent applications, including patent application drafting in a variety of technology areas and briefing and arguing appeals at the USPTO Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
Benji has over 10 years of intellectual property experience. Prior to joining the firm, Benji worked at another intellectual property law firm, where he filed and prosecuted applications in the fields of chemical compositions, paper products, and mechanical devices.
